StepSync Timer is designed to help you build and run step-based routines, without requiring an account or sending your personal routine information to SIRENKO.
According to our stated app practices, SIRENKO does not collect or maintain personal information from normal app use on its own servers. Saved timers and history may remain on your device to make the app work; this is different from data being collected by SIRENKO.
Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy applies to the StepSync Timer mobile application and related services operated by SIRENKO TOV (the “Service Provider”). It describes the application's stated handling of information when you use StepSync Timer.
Information collection and use
StepSync Timer does not require registration or a user account. The Service Provider states that the application does not collect, log, or retain personal information from ordinary in-app use on its own servers, and does not use such information for user tracking.
Features such as saving timers, organizing steps, and reviewing session history may require information to be stored locally on your device. This local app information is not the same as information collected or stored by the Service Provider.
Standard internet connectivity may involve transient technical data handled by your device, operating system, app marketplace, or network services. This policy does not cover those providers' independent practices.
Location information
StepSync Timer does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Third-party sharing
The Service Provider does not share personal information collected through normal use of StepSync Timer because, according to the stated app practices, no such information is collected. The distribution platform and your device provider may separately process information under their own policies.
Data Retention
SIRENKO does not retain personal information from ordinary StepSync Timer usage on its own servers. There is therefore no server-side user profile or personal timer history held by SIRENKO to keep for a retention period.
Timers, step settings, preferences, and session history that you choose to save may remain locally on your device for as long as the application keeps them or until you remove them. Their storage is necessary for saved-timer and history functionality; it does not mean that SIRENKO receives those records.
If you contact SIRENKO directly by email, your message and contact details are handled separately from normal app use and may be retained as needed to respond to your request or meet applicable obligations.
Data Deletion
SIRENKO has no server-side personal account data from ordinary app use to delete. You do not need to submit an account deletion request, because StepSync Timer does not require an account.
To remove locally saved timers, session history, and app preferences, use available deletion or reset controls within the application, if provided. You can also remove the application and its locally stored data using your device's app management settings. Device backups, if enabled, may be managed separately by your operating system or backup provider.
If you have voluntarily emailed SIRENKO and want to request deletion of the information you provided, write to andriiirenko@gmail.com. We will review your request in accordance with applicable law.
Opt-out and user choices
Because the application does not require an account or collect personal information through normal use, there is no in-app personal-data collection to opt out of. You may stop using or uninstall StepSync Timer at any time.
Children's privacy
StepSync Timer is not intended for children under 13, or a higher minimum age where applicable. SIRENKO does not knowingly solicit personal data from children through the application. If a child has sent personal information directly to SIRENKO, a parent or guardian may contact us regarding its deletion.
Security
By not collecting routine personal information on SIRENKO servers, StepSync Timer limits the exposure associated with central storage. Local information remains subject to the security controls of your device. No technical system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Data breach notification
Since SIRENKO does not hold routine in-app personal data on its servers, a server-side exposure of such information is not expected. If an incident affects personal information voluntarily provided to SIRENKO through another channel, we will respond and notify affected persons when required by law.
Changes to this policy
SIRENKO may revise this Privacy Policy as the application evolves. Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date. You may request information about previous versions by contacting the Service Provider.
Your consent
Where any separate communication with SIRENKO relies on your consent to process information you voluntarily provide, you may withdraw that consent by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
